At Ikea's business premises in Valencia (Spain), we stripped the coating on 3 facades in the spring of 2022 and then applied a new coating. Even the leading chains know where to find Van Heemskerk when it comes to long-term and high-quality maintenance of their real estate.

A beautiful contrast, these horizontally and vertically mounted plates! Our client from Lelystad involved us at an early stage in the renovation of their real estate. In addition to the fact that the outside has been completely renovated, we have also repaired various damage inside and updated color differences!

The damage to this panel at a business premises in Bunnik was so extensive that we chose to exchange the panel in consultation with the client. Fortunately, this was constructively possible and the panel was also available from the panel manufacturer. After replacing, we only had to spray away a small color difference and the facade was as good as new again!
